Ingredients
- 1 cup Filtered water
- 1 cup Watermelon, cubed
- 2 Large celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 10-15 Mint leaves
- 1/2 Cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled
- 1 Lemon, juiced
Optional
- Spinach
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for approximately 20 seconds. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the fridge for an amazing afternoon pick me up.
