Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Filtered water
  • 1 cup Watermelon, cubed
  • 2 Large celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 10-15 Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger, peeled
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Optional

  • Spinach
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for approximately 20 seconds. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the fridge for an amazing afternoon pick me up.
